Terms and Conditions

TALLGRASS OUTDOORS, LLC

WEBINAR TERMS, CONDITIONS & SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

Effective Date: August 17, 2026

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER A WEBINAR OR WIN A WEBINAR REVIEWED PRODUCT. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S ODDS OF WINNING.

These Terms, Conditions govern participation in webinars, educational presentations, prize drawings, promotions, and related services offered by Tallgrass Outdoors, LLC, doing business as Tallgrass Outdoors (“Tallgrass Outdoors,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Tallgrass Outdoors is located at:

Tallgrass Outdoors, LLC
220 E. 6th St.
Pawhuska, Oklahoma 74056
Email: tallgrassoutdoors@gmail.com

By purchasing or receiving access to a webinar, registering for an event, attending or viewing a webinar, entering a promotion, submitting an alternate method of entry, using our website, or otherwise participating in our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Individual webinars or Promotions may also contain additional rules, dates, eligibility requirements, prize descriptions, or other terms (“Promotion-Specific Rules”). If Promotion-Specific Rules conflict with these Terms, the Promotion-Specific Rules will control with respect to that specific Promotion.

1. OUR SERVICES

Tallgrass Outdoors may provide educational webinars, recorded presentations, live presentations, firearm and outdoor-product demonstrations, product reviews, promotional drawings, advertising, and other related content and services.

Collectively, these activities are referred to as the “Services.”

These Terms apply whether the Services are accessed through the Tallgrass Outdoors website, mobile devices, computers, third-party video platforms, social media platforms, email links, or other approved means.

Use of our Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase, access, attend, view, enter, or otherwise use the applicable Services.

2. WEBINAR ACCESS AND SEATS

Tallgrass Outdoors webinars may require the purchase of access to educational webinar content.

A webinar access position may be referred to as a “Seat.”

Payment for a Seat is payment for access to the webinar, presentation, educational content, or related services being offered. Purchasing a Seat is not required to enter a sweepstakes or drawing associated with the webinar.

Each Seat may be assigned a unique seat number, registration number, access credential, email address, attendee, or other identifying information.

When a purchaser acquires multiple Seats on behalf of a department, agency, business, organization, or other individuals, Tallgrass Outdoors may require the purchaser to provide the name, email address, and other necessary registration information for each attendee.

Seats, webinar links, login credentials, and other access information may not be copied, published, resold, publicly distributed, or shared with unauthorized individuals.

Tallgrass Outdoors may suspend or terminate webinar access when it reasonably believes that access credentials have been improperly shared, duplicated, manipulated, or used in violation of these Terms.

3. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE OF WEBINARS

Tallgrass Outdoors webinars are provided for general educational, informational, product-demonstration, and training purposes.

Content may include discussions concerning firearms, firearm accessories, ammunition, optics, outdoor products, tactics, safety, laws, regulations, industry practices, equipment, or other subjects.

Webinar content should not be considered individualized legal, professional, tactical, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Laws and regulations concerning firearms, ammunition, accessories, possession, transportation, use, and transfer can vary by jurisdiction and may change over time. Participants are responsible for determining and complying with the laws applicable to them.

Statements made by guest presenters, manufacturers, instructors, law-enforcement personnel, industry representatives, or other third parties represent the views of the person making those statements and do not necessarily represent the views of Tallgrass Outdoors.

Tallgrass Outdoors does not guarantee that every statement made during a webinar will remain current after the date the webinar is produced.

4. RECORDING AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless Tallgrass Outdoors expressly authorizes otherwise, webinars and related materials are intended only for registered participants.

Participants may not reproduce, rebroadcast, livestream, screen-record, commercially distribute, republish, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit webinar content without prior written permission from Tallgrass Outdoors.

All Tallgrass Outdoors trademarks, graphics, webinar materials, videos, photographs, presentations, logos, written materials, and other original content remain the property of Tallgrass Outdoors or their respective owners.

Participation in a webinar does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

5. DRAWINGS

Tallgrass Outdoors may conduct promotional drawings in connection with certain webinars or other events.

A random drawing associated with a webinar or event is referred to in these Terms as a “Promotion.”

Each Promotion may identify one or more prizes, an entry period, drawing date, eligibility requirements, and other Promotion-Specific Rules.

Participation in a Promotion constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and any applicable Promotion-Specific Rules.

Tallgrass Outdoors’ decisions concerning administration of a Promotion are final, subject to applicable law.

6. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PROMOTION.

Purchasing webinar access, merchandise, firearms, ammunition, accessories, services, or any other Tallgrass Outdoors product does not increase an entrant’s odds of winning.

A free Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) will be available for Promotions governed by these Terms.

Paid webinar access and sweepstakes entry are separate transactions.

The purchaser of a webinar Seat is purchasing access to the webinar and its educational content, not purchasing a chance to win a prize.

7. ELIGIBILITY

Unless different eligibility requirements are stated in the Promotion-Specific Rules, Promotions are open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who:

  1. have reached the minimum legal age required for the Promotion and prize;
  2. meet all applicable federal, state, and local requirements;
  3. are legally eligible to receive, own, possess, and control the applicable prize; and
  4. are not otherwise prohibited from participating.

Promotions and items are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

For Promotions involving firearms, receivers, frames, suppressors, National Firearms Act items, ammunition, or other regulated products, additional age, residency, licensing, background-check, registration, tax, transfer, or possession requirements may apply.

A person who is prohibited by law from receiving or possessing a particular prize is not eligible to receive that prize.

Eligibility to enter does not guarantee eligibility to receive a particular regulated prize.

Certain webinars or Promotions may be restricted to law-enforcement personnel, first responders, military personnel, public-safety professionals, members of particular organizations, or other defined groups when specifically stated in the Promotion-Specific Rules.

8. EXCLUDED PARTICIPANTS

Unless otherwise provided in Promotion-Specific Rules, employees, officers, managers, and owners of Tallgrass Outdoors and individuals directly involved in administering or conducting the applicable drawing may not enter the Promotion.

Tallgrass Outdoors may additionally exclude immediate family or household members of such persons when stated in the Promotion-Specific Rules.

9. METHODS OF ENTRY

Eligible persons may enter a Promotion through one of the available methods described below and any additional methods identified in the Promotion-Specific Rules.

A. Webinar Participant Entry

When offered for a particular Promotion, an eligible registered webinar participant may receive one entry associated with their registered Seat or attendee information.

The purchase price of the Seat is for access to the webinar and does not increase the odds of winning compared with a valid free entry.

B. Promotional Entry

Tallgrass Outdoors may occasionally provide free promotional entries through email, direct mail, promotional codes, social media, special events, or other methods identified in the Promotion-Specific Rules.

C. Free Mail-In Alternate Method of Entry

Unless another free method is provided in the Promotion-Specific Rules, an eligible individual may enter without making a purchase by mailing a handwritten entry containing:

  • Entrant’s full legal name;
  • Mailing address;
  • Telephone number;
  • Email address;
  • Date of birth;
  • Name of the applicable Promotion; and
  • Date of the applicable webinar or Promotion.

The information must be handwritten on a 3-inch by 5-inch card or piece of paper and mailed in a standard envelope with proper postage to:

Tallgrass Outdoors, LLC
Attn: [NAME OF APPLICABLE PROMOTION]
220 E. 6th St.
Pawhuska, Oklahoma 74056

Unless otherwise stated in the Promotion-Specific Rules, only one mail-in entry per person, per Promotion will be accepted.

Mail-in entries must be received before all seats are sold for the applicable Promotion.

Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt.

Tallgrass Outdoors is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, illegible, damaged, incomplete, improperly addressed, or postage due.

A properly submitted free entry will receive the same opportunity and odds of selection as an eligible entry received through another authorized entry method.

10. ENTRY LIMITS

Unless otherwise stated in the Promotion-Specific Rules, each individual is limited to the number of entries expressly authorized for that Promotion.

A participant may not use multiple names, identities, email addresses, accounts, automated services, bots, scripts, artificial identities, or other methods to circumvent an entry limitation.

Organizations purchasing multiple webinar Seats may designate separate eligible individuals for those Seats. Each designated individual must independently satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements.

Tallgrass Outdoors may require identity verification before recognizing an entry or awarding a prize.

11. AUTOMATED AND FRAUDULENT ENTRIES

Use of robotic, automatic, repetitive, programmed, scripted, bulk-entry, artificial-intelligence-controlled, or other unauthorized methods of entering a Promotion is prohibited.

Tallgrass Outdoors may disqualify entries that it reasonably determines were:

  • generated automatically;
  • fraudulently obtained;
  • duplicated;
  • manipulated;
  • created using false information;
  • associated with identity fraud;
  • intended to bypass an entry limitation; or
  • otherwise submitted in violation of these Terms.

Tallgrass Outdoors may prohibit individuals engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity from future Promotions to the extent permitted by law.

12. DRAWING AND WINNER SELECTION

At or following the close of the applicable Promotion Period, Tallgrass Outdoors will randomly select the potential winner or winners from all eligible entries received for that Promotion.

Tallgrass Outdoors may use a computer-generated random-selection process, random-number generator, physical drawing process, or another impartial method.

If Seat numbers are used for the drawing, eligible free-entry participants will be assigned an entry or number providing an equal opportunity for selection.

The drawing date or approximate drawing date may be announced during the webinar, on the registration page, in promotional materials, or in Promotion-Specific Rules.

A person selected in the drawing is a potential winner until eligibility and compliance with these Terms have been verified.

13. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Promotion.

No purchase, larger purchase, purchase of additional merchandise, or purchase of a more expensive product will improve the odds associated with an individual eligible entry.

14. PRIZES

The prize or prizes available for each Promotion will be identified in the applicable webinar, registration page, promotional materials, or Promotion-Specific Rules.

Photographs, graphics, videos, renderings, or other representations of prizes are for illustrative purposes and may not perfectly reflect the actual color, finish, packaging, configuration, or appearance of the prize awarded.

Manufacturer names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a manufacturer’s inclusion in a webinar or Promotion does not necessarily mean the manufacturer sponsors or endorses the Promotion.

Tallgrass Outdoors reserves the right, when reasonably necessary, to substitute a prize with another prize of comparable or greater retail value, subject to applicable law.

Prizes have no cash redemption value unless expressly stated otherwise.

Prizes may not be transferred or assigned prior to award unless Tallgrass Outdoors expressly permits such transfer and applicable law allows it.

15. FIREARM AND REGULATED-PRODUCT PRIZES

Any firearm or other regulated product awarded through a Promotion will be transferred only in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.

A winner is not entitled to bypass any legally required background check, identification requirement, waiting period, permit, license, registration, tax, documentation, or transfer procedure because the item was won rather than purchased.

When required, firearm prizes must be transferred by or through a properly licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”).

Tallgrass Outdoors may require the winner to appear at Tallgrass Outdoors or another designated FFL and complete all legally required transfer documentation.

For winners located outside Oklahoma, Tallgrass Outdoors may transfer the firearm to an appropriate FFL in the winner’s state of residence when required or appropriate under federal or state law.

The receiving FFL may conduct the legally required transfer to the winner.

The winner must successfully complete all applicable transfer requirements before taking possession.

Selection as a potential winner does not guarantee that a firearm or regulated product can legally be transferred to that individual.

Tallgrass Outdoors will not:

  • transfer a firearm to a prohibited person;
  • knowingly assist any person in circumventing firearm laws;
  • transfer a firearm to another person for the purpose of allowing a prohibited winner to obtain possession;
  • falsify transfer information; or
  • otherwise complete a transaction prohibited by law.

If a potential winner cannot legally receive or possess the prize, refuses to complete required documentation, fails an applicable background check, or otherwise becomes ineligible, the potential winner will be disqualified.

Tallgrass Outdoors may then select an alternate winner in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

16. NFA AND SPECIALLY REGULATED ITEMS

If a Promotion includes a suppressor, short-barreled rifle, short-barreled shotgun, machinegun, destructive device, or another item regulated under the National Firearms Act or other special federal or state law, the winner must satisfy all laws applicable to the transfer.

Any required ATF approval must be received before possession is transferred.

The winner is responsible for providing accurate information and completing required documents.

Specific responsibility for transfer fees, taxes, dealer fees, or other charges will be disclosed in the Promotion-Specific Rules.

If the prize cannot legally be transferred to the selected winner or into the winner’s jurisdiction, Tallgrass Outdoors may disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner or take another action permitted by the Promotion-Specific Rules and applicable law.

17. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

Potential winners may be notified using the email address, telephone number, text-message number, mailing address, website account, or other contact information provided during entry.

A potential winner must respond within the timeframe specified in the notification.

Unless another period is stated, a potential winner who does not respond within thirty (30) days after notification may be disqualified.

Tallgrass Outdoors may require a potential winner to provide:

  • government-issued identification;
  • proof of age;
  • proof of residency;
  • taxpayer information when legally required;
  • an eligibility affidavit;
  • required firearm-transfer information;
  • a liability or publicity release where lawful;
  • proof of professional status when required by a Promotion; or
  • other information reasonably necessary to establish eligibility.

A potential winner is not considered the final winner until Tallgrass Outdoors verifies eligibility and confirms the award.

If a potential winner is disqualified, Tallgrass Outdoors may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

18. TAXES

Winners are responsible for federal, state, and local taxes associated with prizes to the extent required by law.

Tallgrass Outdoors may require a winner to provide a valid taxpayer identification number and may issue and file an applicable IRS information return when required by law.

Tallgrass Outdoors does not provide individual tax advice.

Prize recipients should consult their own tax professional regarding the tax consequences of receiving a prize.

19. TRANSFER AND DELIVERY EXPENSES

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Tallgrass Outdoors will identify in the Promotion-Specific Rules which ordinary delivery or transfer expenses are paid by Tallgrass Outdoors and which expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

Additional expenses arising because of the winner’s location or legal requirements — including receiving-dealer fees, local permits, licenses, taxes, registration charges, or other legally required expenses — may be the winner’s responsibility when disclosed and permitted by law.

No person will be required to purchase Tallgrass Outdoors merchandise or services as a condition of receiving a prize.

20. PRODUCT WARRANTIES

Unless specifically stated otherwise, prizes are awarded “AS IS” and without any additional warranty made by Tallgrass Outdoors.

Manufacturer warranties, if any, remain subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

Tallgrass Outdoors does not create or extend a manufacturer’s warranty merely by awarding or transferring a manufacturer’s product.

If a prize arrives materially damaged before transfer to the winner, Tallgrass Outdoors may work with the manufacturer, distributor, carrier, or winner to attempt to resolve the issue.

21. CONDUCT

Participants must conduct themselves lawfully and professionally while using Tallgrass Outdoors Services.

Tallgrass Outdoors may remove or disqualify a person who:

  • interferes with a webinar or Promotion;
  • threatens, harasses, or abuses presenters or participants;
  • attempts to manipulate a drawing;
  • attempts to compromise the website or webinar platform;
  • submits fraudulent information;
  • violates these Terms;
  • illegally records or distributes webinar content; or
  • attempts to undermine the integrity or security of the Promotion.

Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of a Promotion may violate civil or criminal law.

Tallgrass Outdoors reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.

22. CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION, OR INTERRUPTION

Tallgrass Outdoors may cancel, suspend, postpone, reschedule, or modify a webinar or Promotion when circumstances beyond its reasonable control interfere with the security, fairness, integrity, administration, or proper operation of the event.

Such circumstances may include:

  • internet or technology failures;
  • webinar-platform outages;
  • equipment failures;
  • fraud or attempted manipulation;
  • severe weather;
  • natural disasters;
  • governmental action;
  • legal or regulatory changes;
  • presenter emergencies;
  • product unavailability;
  • shipping restrictions;
  • cybersecurity incidents; or
  • other circumstances making the original event impractical or unlawful.

When reasonably possible and lawful, Tallgrass Outdoors may conduct a drawing from eligible entries received before the disruption or reschedule the Promotion.

23. TECHNICAL FAILURES

Tallgrass Outdoors is not responsible for events outside its reasonable control, including:

  • interrupted internet connections;
  • telecommunications failures;
  • browser incompatibility;
  • computer or mobile-device failures;
  • email filtering;
  • spam filtering;
  • video-platform outages;
  • third-party software failures;
  • corrupted registrations;
  • incorrect information supplied by participants;
  • unavailable networks; or
  • delays caused by third-party service providers.

Tallgrass Outdoors will make reasonable efforts to conduct webinars and Promotions as advertised but cannot guarantee uninterrupted electronic access.

24. REFUNDS FOR WEBINAR PURCHASES

The purchase of webinar access is separate from participation in any associated Promotion.

Any refund policy applicable to paid webinar access will be disclosed during registration, checkout, or in separate Tallgrass Outdoors refund terms.

A participant’s inability to win, failure to win, disqualification from a Promotion, or inability to legally receive a prize does not by itself entitle the participant to a refund of the price paid for webinar access.

This is because payment is made for access to the webinar or educational service and not for the Promotion entry.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

25. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, Tallgrass Outdoors may announce the name, city, and state of a confirmed winner for purposes of identifying and administering the Promotion.

Tallgrass Outdoors may request permission to photograph, interview, record, or feature winners in marketing materials.

Where a separate publicity release is required by law or Tallgrass Outdoors’ procedures, use beyond ordinary winner identification will be subject to that release.

No individual will be required to surrender rights that applicable law does not permit Tallgrass Outdoors to require as a condition of participation.

26. TEXT-MESSAGE TERMS

If you voluntarily provide a mobile telephone number and expressly opt in to receive marketing text messages from Tallgrass Outdoors, you consent to receive recurring promotional or informational messages from Tallgrass Outdoors at the number provided.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing a webinar Seat, purchasing any product, or entering a Promotion.

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may revoke consent and request that messages stop at any time, including by replying STOP or communicating your request through another reasonable method available to you.

Tallgrass Outdoors may send a one-time confirmation that an opt-out request has been processed where permitted.

For assistance regarding text messages, reply HELP or contact Tallgrass Outdoors at tallgrassoutdoors@gmail.com.

Participants are responsible for providing a telephone number they are authorized to use.

27. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

Participants may receive transactional emails relating to:

  • webinar registration;
  • Seat assignments;
  • access links;
  • scheduling changes;
  • receipts;
  • security notices;
  • Promotion administration;
  • winner notifications; and
  • prize-transfer requirements.

Transactional communications necessary to administer a purchase, webinar, or Promotion are separate from optional marketing communications.

Marketing communications may be unsubscribed from using the method provided in the applicable communication.

28. PRIVACY

Tallgrass Outdoors may collect information reasonably necessary to administer webinar access, purchases, customer service, Promotions, winner verification, firearm transfers, tax reporting, and other lawful business activities.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Tallgrass Outdoors’ applicable Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Tallgrass Outdoors will not publicly disclose sensitive identification, background-check, taxpayer, or firearm-transfer information merely because a person entered or won a Promotion.

Information required for a firearm transfer may be provided to the applicable FFL, government agency, service provider, or other party when reasonably necessary or legally required to complete the transaction.

29. RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, each entrant accepts responsibility for their voluntary participation in a Promotion and their acceptance, possession, use, transportation, storage, or misuse of any prize.

Participants and winners agree to comply with applicable safety requirements and federal, state, and local law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to release Tallgrass Outdoors from liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.

30. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TALLGRASS OUTDOORS, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PRESENTERS, CONTRACTORS, PRIZE SUPPLIERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN A PROMOTION OR USE OF THE SERVICES.

This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Some jurisdictions may not permit certain limitations or exclusions, in which case those limitations will apply only to the extent legally enforceable.

31. INDEMNIFICATION

To the maximum extent permitted by law, each participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tallgrass Outdoors and its owners, employees, agents, contractors, presenters, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses resulting from:

  • the participant’s violation of these Terms;
  • fraudulent or unlawful conduct by the participant;
  • the participant’s unlawful possession, transportation, transfer, or use of a prize;
  • the participant’s violation of another person’s rights; or
  • false information provided by the participant.

This provision does not require a participant to indemnify Tallgrass Outdoors for liability that applicable law does not permit Tallgrass Outdoors to disclaim or transfer.

32. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

A webinar or Promotion may feature products manufactured, distributed, supplied, or serviced by third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, those third parties are not responsible for administration of the Promotion.

References to third-party products, companies, trademarks, or services do not necessarily constitute sponsorship or endorsement.

Any manufacturer’s warranty remains between the manufacturer and the applicable owner or recipient according to the manufacturer’s terms.

33. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

Promotions may be advertised through Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok, or other third-party platforms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms.

Participants release such platforms from responsibility for administration of the Promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable platform’s rules.

Questions concerning a Promotion should be directed to Tallgrass Outdoors rather than the social-media platform.

34. GOVERNING LAW

Except where federal law controls or applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms and any Promotion governed by them will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

35. DISPUTES AND VENUE

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising from these Terms, a Tallgrass Outdoors webinar, or a Promotion that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought individually and not as part of a purported class or representative action.

To the extent permitted by law, exclusive venue for such proceedings will be in an appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction in or over Osage County, Oklahoma.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a party from exercising a right or remedy that applicable law prohibits the parties from waiving.

36. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted or severed if necessary.

The remaining provisions will remain in effect.

37. NO WAIVER

Tallgrass Outdoors’ failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive its right to enforce that provision or another provision in the future.

38. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Tallgrass Outdoors may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its Services, technology, business operations, Promotions, or applicable law.

The version applicable to a particular Promotion will generally be the version published or incorporated into the Promotion when entry begins unless a modification is necessary to comply with law or protect the integrity of the Promotion.

The effective date will appear at the beginning of these Terms.

39. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any applicable Promotion-Specific Rules, registration terms, checkout terms, Privacy Policy, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing the applicable Tallgrass Outdoors Service or Promotion.

40. CONTACT AND COMPLAINTS

IMPORTANT NOTICE

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

All firearm and regulated-product prizes are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and all required transfer procedures.

Being selected in a drawing does not override any law prohibiting a person from receiving, owning, possessing, or controlling the applicable prize.
